These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and all services provided by Veriderm Group Limited trading as Veriderm Aesthetics and Laser (“Veriderm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a private aesthetic and laser clinic based in Birmingham, UK. By accessing this website, making a booking, or receiving treatment, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which may be updated periodically.
Bookings & Consultations
- Appointments must be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
- New clients are required to attend a mandatory consultation before their first treatment.
- A consultation involves assessing suitability, risks, and treatment expectations. Patch tests are required for laser services.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment of a non-refundable booking fee unless part of a package, subscription plan or stated and agreed otherwise.
Eligibility
- Clients must have written parental consent if under 18 and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Advanced aesthetic procedures (e.g. microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments) are reserved for adults aged 18+.
Medical History & Consent
- You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information, including allergies, medications, and health conditions.
- Consent must be provided in writing prior to each new treatment course. Veriderm Group Limited reserves the right to refuse service if there are contraindications.
Pricing & Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payment systems.
Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full treatment cost and loss of the non-refundable booking fee.
- All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to be paid to confirm the appointment. The booking fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to alternative dates.
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with outcomes; however, we will offer a review and possible correction session at our discretion.
Promotions & Packages
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Packages must be completed within 12 months of the first appointment. Expired sessions will not be refunded.
- Packages and prepaid sessions are non-transferable.
Liability & Insurance
- Our Practitioners carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance in compliance with UK standards.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., income loss, emotional distress).
- Clients agree to indemnify Veriderm Group Limited trading as Veriderm Aesthetics and Laser against any claims arising from their own negligence or misinformation.
